"I bought a used GL 1500 two years ago; Karen Richards was super when I bought some accessories to dress it up a bit. She knew what I wanted and where to find the parts. The service department installed them for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. Whenever I took it in for service they did an excellent job and took care of it just as if I had bought it at the dealership new. Ralph Longardner takes the time to listen to me and explain to me anything I need to have explained; he thoroughly discussed all of the service work performed and gives me his advice on what he thinks I should do. I just traded it for a new 2010 GL 1800 and Mike Hosier is absolutely super to deal with; very knowledgeable about the product and not at all "pushy." Based on my past experience I would not even consider another dealer. "

"I purchased my first motorcycle from Hayden Honda in the late 60's. It was a "Mini Trail 50cc" Purchased it with lawn mowing money at the age of 10 years old. Since that time , I have bought over 20 different bikes from Hayden Honda. There has never been a time when I was disappointed with the purchase or the service provided. Every 3-4 years I trade in for a new bike. I just got my next new bike on 5-29-10. This one is the "Shadow Aero 750cc". I have owned all different sizes including 1100cc. "I purchased a csc trike kit and Hayden Honda instaled it.
I did a lot of phone and email discussion about this. Kurt was always available for me to talk to and we did the transaction mostly over the phone and email. I delivered my bike to the shop and when I picked it up I was amazed that it was the same bike that I took down. They are highly recomended by me to all of the people up here that ask about the conversion. The miles traveled to Hayden Honda was well worth it.

"Just had my 1993 1500 SE Goldwing gone over by Brian and Ralph. I took it in early to beat the rush. Brian and Ralph done an outstanding job going through the bike and doing the work I had asked to be done. Ralph would call if something needed changed to get my ok before changing the parts. I have only had dealings with Ralph and Brian but I'm sure the whole Service Dept. is outstanding. Also thanks to Kurt for not going with the ten year rule. So we can still get Service done on older Wings. Keep up the good Service and I'll make sure I keep coming back in the future and refer anyone to your Business.

"Just would like to comment on my experience with Haydens honda,I have bought a Gold wing Trike & trailer from them (Kurt)and a lot of goodys from Karen, to me they are the BEST. We just bought a new waverunner from them,it was not the color that I wanted but KURT did find me the color I wanted,told me it would be hard to find BUT he did find one somewhere,its about 50 mile ride for me to get there,but its well worth the ride for the service we get there.When I'm ready to buy again it will be Hayden Honda Powerhouse for sure in my book they are the BEST around for all your supplys. " I purchased my bike (2007 Honda Shadow Spirit 750) without meeting my salesman (Mike) or visiting the dealership prior to picking up my bike. I dealt strictly over the phone and they went out of their way to accomodate me with my purchase in a very short time.
Although I don't recommend buying a bike in this manner from any dealership I am very pleased with Mike & Hayden Honda Powerhouse & will gladly use their dealership in the future.

"I have had alot of motorcycles in my life. My last Honda was a 1997 Honda 1500 SE Goldwing. If I could have held it up I would still have it. Mike that works in sales helped me to sell it and the whole Hayden Family is so great. Most of all Karen she will help you with any part you need. I now have a 2007 Harley FLSTC I love the Harley becouse it is so low in the seat. And I do love the sound in the mountains of KY. We will always miss are 1997 1500 Goldwing SE. "It was back in the sixties when Hayden's was Hayden Welding by the railroad tracks in Kindallville. I bought my first bike, a Honda Dream, Then later on a Honda Super Hawk. Then later on I bought a Gold Wing from a friend of mine, and Hayden's took good care of it for me. I am now 71 years old and I am riding a 1983 Honda 750 45 Magna. I got such a good deal on it I couldn't turn it down. At this very moment as I write this it is at Hayden's getting a new tire, brakes and a carburator tune up. When I go to pick it up I know the work will be well done and the price will be reasonable. The employees have always been helpful and courteous. It is just a place I enjoy going. They wouldn't let me try a bike out on the highway and there was no price negotiation. Ralph fixed me up "free of charge" with a minor electrical problem. "I just purchased a 2005 Honda Goldwing from Hayden's Honda in Kendallville,IN and I am very satisfied. I had shopped around for quite awhile and Hayden's was able to find just the bike I wanted at a good price. I'm lucky because two days before I purchased my bike, I was leafing through the Indiana Auto magazine when a full page ad from Chicagocycle caught my eye. They were selling brand new 2005 Goldwings for $14,999! Wow, I was on the phone in seconds, when the sales rep answered he told me, yes indeed, they did have new 2005 Goldwings for $14,999. I was ready to drive to Chicago right away. As a side note he added that after preparation, dealer costs, shipping, etc... the total cost of the bike would be about $2500 more than their listed price. After hearing this, the Chicago trip was out. After a short drive North, Tom from Hayden, along with Kurt, were able to put me in the saddle of one of the nicest bikes made, in the color I wanted. Thanks Guys, I now have a great bike and I learned a valuable lesson that holds true in many areas. "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is". Also, it's a good idea to call first."

"Given the hourly rate charged by shops these days, I’m not one to congratulate a business for doing a job that they are being paid to do.
That being said………
I recently purchased a ’96 Shadow ACE w/ a sidecar (not from Haydens). Although nice to look at, it was a bear to ride; pulling so hard to the right that it was unsafe. I brought the bike in, explained the problem and hoped that you could improve the bike’s handling.
I picked the bike up late on a Friday and did not have the opportunity to talk to anyone about what was done. I hopped on and hoped for the best. The improvement far exceeded my expectations; the bike handles extremely well and I couldn’t be happier.
Please thank the tech(s) who did the work.

"I recently had new Dunlop Elite III tires put on my 1500 Wing. The Service Dept. was swamped because that's what happens in spring and the told me it may be a couple of weeks, which I understood and was fine with. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the next afternoon that it was done! Not only are the tires great (they make my 1500 handle more like an 1800), the bike had been cleaned when I picked it up! It looked as good as it rode! There are dealers closer to me, but I think I will just stick with Haydens. They have exceeded my expectations."

"I purchased my 2003 GoldWing from a private party. Before the puurchase Hayden Honda ran the VIN Number for me and answered all of the questioins I had about the bike. When we got the bike back in town we dropped it off at Hayden for so extras I wanted installed and a recalled that had not been done yet. Hayden did a GREAT JOB,even though I did not buy the bike from them. THANK YOU HAYDEN HONDA

"Over the years I have owned 4 brands of motorcycles (Yam., Kaw., HD., Honda). Honda by far has the best performance and reliability. The 02 1800c VTX was by far the BEST motorcycle I had ever ridden, didn't think it could get any better. When I traded it for the 1800 Goldwing I thought it would be more comfortable but thought I would miss the V twins, not so. Within a day I was converted to a GoldWing beleiver. There isn't another motorcycle made that I even consider over a GoldWing. Until you ride one, you will never know. There is nothing else to compare it with. Thanks Honda! "
